2008 - It's here in a couple of days. I don't know about you but I'm excited! This is going to be a great year for Real Estate. If you have been holding back in selling and buying your dream Home - wait no longer!

Interest Rates are now around 5.25! This is the best time in years to buy and sell a home. Sharcom just sold 3 homes last week! The Christmas Break is our second busiest time to sell homes. The doom and gloom you hear on the news is just not true for Texas. We have over 500,000 people moving into our area.
